Cassie celebrating Canada Day An article outlining worldwide governments supporting Trap-Neuter-Return (TNR) was removed recently from Wikipedia for unknown reasons. A computer-savvy cat advocate was able to find an archived copy, and I decided to publish it here so that others can benefit. There have been many changes since 2014, when the article appears to have been first published. Many new governments have stepped up. A few may have dropped out. It isn't my intention to update this document, but to share the results of extensive research that shows a slice of history when many were stepping up to do what they could to end suffering. If you would like to mention updates in the comments, please do so. List of Governments Supporting Trap-Neuter-Return

The town was looking for Barn Buddies for feral cats needing relocation, and foster homes for the many kittens taken in. Thank you for making this such an awesome post!
