Kringle inspects my library copy of the book What a pleasure to read insights on cat behaviour from Canada’s leading cat behaviourist, Daniel Filion of Montreal, Quebec! It also showed me that there is a great need for information about TNR programs in the French language.

Kringle looks marvellous after a few days of fluid treatment My days have become consumed with senior cat care, since Kringle was recently diagnosed with chronic kidney disease (CKD). How do you help a kitty who doesn’t appreciate much handling when that’s required for treatment? I was thrilled to get nursing help from a local cat rescuer.
Kringle enjoys the garden It began after a bad experience, but my senior kitty has found new zest for living with garden therapy.
Kringle with my library copy of the book Fascinating memoir where the cats are stars. Andrew opens up about his struggles searching for career success in Los Angeles, while finding his true calling as a feral cat caregiver. I hope he found another calling in writing this story. He is a marvellous writer.
Meet Crusher in this guest blog post by Eric For a few years, my almost daily walk by the Fraser River took me past a farm, where I would often see the proprietor sitting outside the little store they ran there. Wearing smudged jeans over rubber boots, the farmer would usually grunt in response to my greeting. I also saw a lot of cats.
Sweet Lucky when I first met her “Please consider it,” asked Christine. My 26-year-old cat had died that day and I was exhausted. But because I said yes, I had one of my most memorable experiences in cat rescue.
Kringle with The Book of Lua The Book of Lua tells the inspiring story of a partially paralyzed cat with a fulfilling life on Gabriola Island, B.C. Lua suffered an early crushing accident which damaged nerves of her lower spinal cord. She lost the ability to walk or empty her bladder, but was able to regain enough mobility to climb stairs and trees.
B.J. works up a sweat in my first YouTube video There are few things more delightful than a cat video. Even science confirms that watching cat videos can boost energy and positive emotions. You can make your own simple cat video or even get really creative.
Kringle with my library copy of the book This book is filled with great advice, but can’t we close the door on using punishment to train cats? There is helpful advice on “Kitty Feng Shui” or creating the right environment, adding another pet, aggression, litter box issues, scratching, and travel and carrier training. These tips are neatly organized and presented attractively.
